My guest will be Ronald W. Richardson, author of Creating a Healthier Church and Becoming a Healthier Pastor, who will talk about his latest book, Polarization and the Healthier Church. Richardson has written seven books on the application of Bowen family systems theory in a variety of settings and situations. He worked as a church-based pastor for ten years in the eastern United States. For most of his career, he was a pastoral counselor and the executive director of Living Systems in Vancouver, BC.
